Our personalised 1:1 breath work sessions are designed to​
guide you through a transformative journey tailored to yours needs.

In a safe environment, you'll explore mindfulness as well
as powerful breathing techniques that help reduce stress, increase energy, and foster emotional healing.
Whether you're seeking clarity, relaxation, or a deeper connection to yourself, these sessions provide a focused space to release tension and regulate the Nervous System.

With the guidance from Christina an experienced breathwork facilitator, you will gain tools to deepen your self awareness, cultivate mindfulness, and enhance your overall well being.

ENERGY FLOW
REIKI
​​​ENERGY FLOW is an intuitive relaxing experience that connects
you with yourself .
A luxurious cranial massage or an
intuitive back massage sets the tone for this
grounding experience.
​
The body holds more than tension, it holds stories. Some never spoken. some never fully lived. Moments that passed too quickly. Emotions that stayed too long.​
​
Energy flow is a gentle unravelling. using reiki, and sound integrations, we attune to the language of your body,
the pauses the pulses , the places that whisper for release.
This is a process of remembering, not repairing. A return to what's always been there, just beneath the surface.
There is no need to force anything open.
​
The body already knows the way. We simply follow.
Each session meets you in real time, what unfolds is often unexpected, a softening, a breath you didn't know you were holding, a quiet sense of coming back to yourself.
​
This work is intimate, grounded, and deeply alive.
Feel the stress melt away as your body enters a state of
deep calm. ​

THE OLIVE BRANCH
GODDESS
CIRCLE
This two hour sacred goddess circle invites women to explore holistic practices that nurture the mind ,body and spirit.
It is an invitation to come back to the self,
a time to stop and breathe and honour your heart.
​
Over two hours, participants, will engage in breath
work to centre themselves, meditation to deepen
awareness, movement to release tension and
sound healing as a beautiful connection to the body
through vibrational frequency.​

This intimate and intentional circle allows
you to share your story, and to feel seen
heard and witnessed
regardless of where you are on your journey.
​​
After nearly 40 years of nurturing and listening
to her clients behind the hair chair,
Christina has combined her reiki,
somatic practices and breathwork together
to create a divine sacred space for you within these gatherings.​​​

In these Goddess circles, the olive branch serves as a
gentle metaphor for the
deep connection we cultivate together.​
When we extend an olive branch to one another,
we choose peace over judgement, listening over fixing ,and presence over perfection.
​
This simple gesture reminds us that we are not competing,
but are part of the same ancient grove,
interwoven, resilient, and collectively holding space for healing , wisdom and renewal.

In holding the olive branch we honour both our individual growth and our sacred interconnectedness, creating a circle where every woman can rest, be seen , and flourish.​​

​These intimate and intentional circles will commence monthly starting every
second Tuesday of the month.
