Cancellation Policy

At AletheiaGG we value OUR CLIENT'S TIME and understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes require appointment cancellations. However, we also commit resources and time to ensure  we meet your needs. To strike a balance we have established the following cancellation fee policy.
 

Cancellations made within 24hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled appointment.

Unfortunately any cancellations made on the day of the scheduled appointment  will have to be paid in full .
 

In some cases we may waive the cancellation fee due to the exceptional circumstances such as illness or EXTREME emergencies.
 

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice may be considered a no show will be subject to the full costing of the scheduled service.
 

We appreciate your understanding and as a valued guest you are agreeing to these terms.
